What are the delivery times?
Delivery time to the United Kingdom is usually 10-14 business days. The total expected delivery time includes a processing time of 2-3 business days and a delivery time of 8-11 business days, depending on the destination. All delivery times exclude customs charges and related delays.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your order.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping in the United Kingdom.
Returns:
What is Lila'Boutiq's return policy?
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours and another 30 days to return products. We will refund the full amount, excluding return costs, when the product is received in good condition. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Are there any costs associated with returning a product?
Yes, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. We recommend that you send your return with Track & Trace as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. For more information, please consult our returns policy.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return, we will try to process it within 14 working days. You will receive a confirmation when the processing is complete.
